My widget isn’t showing up

Work through these in order — one of them fixes it almost every time.

1. Did your platform save and publish? Some builders (Wix, Squarespace) need you to publish the site again after adding custom code.
2. Is the code exactly as copied? Re-copy from the Embed tab. A missing character, or the placeholder YOUR_BOT_ID left in place instead of your real bot ID, will stop it working.
3. Is it pasted in a place that loads on every page? Best: just before the closing body tag, or your platform's site-wide custom-code/footer section — not inside a single blog post.
4. Wait a few minutes and hard-refresh. The widget script is cached for up to 5 minutes, and your own site/CDN may cache pages too. Try a private/incognito window.
5. Is your plan active? The widget needs an active subscription. Check the plan card at the top of your dashboard.
6. Only one copy of the snippet. If you pasted it in more than one place, remove the extras.
