Verifying your widget is working

After pasting the embed code, use the Verify step on the Embed tab: enter your website address and click verify. IaHaI runs five checks, each with its own pass/fail result:

• Embed code on your page — your site loads and contains the snippet with your bot ID (not a placeholder).
• Widget script reachable — the hosted widget file itself is serving correctly.
• Bot exists — your bot is set up in our system.
• Subscription active — your plan is active, so the widget will answer.
• Chat service healthy — the answering service is up and responding.

All five green? You're live. Any red? The check tells you exactly what's missing — and My widget isn't showing up covers the usual fixes.

The definitive test is always the simplest one: open your website in a private/incognito window and look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
