What is IaHaI and how does it work?

IaHaI gives your website a smart support assistant that answers your customers' questions 24/7 — about your products, prices, opening hours, shipping, policies, anything you've taught it. You don't need any technical skills to set it up.

How it works, in four steps

1. You create a bot and tell it about your business — a short description, your website, and any documents like FAQs or price lists.
2. IaHaI scans your website and reads your documents so the bot knows your actual content.
3. You paste one line of code into your website (we walk you through it for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and more).
4. A chat bubble appears on your site. Customers ask questions; the bot answers instantly, in their language, day and night.

It keeps getting better

Every conversation is saved to your dashboard. If the bot ever gives an answer you'd phrase differently, you can correct it in one click — and it will use your preferred answer from then on. The bot can also suggest new answers based on real conversations that went well, which you approve or dismiss.
