Talk to the assistant (voice chat)
On Pro and Business plans you can turn on voice chat: a microphone button appears in your widget and visitors can simply talk to your assistant — in Hebrew or English, switching freely — and even book an appointment out loud. Live captions of both sides appear in the chat as they speak.
Turning it on
- Open your dashboard → select the bot → the Voice chat card on the Overview tab.
- Flip the toggle. The card shows your voice minutes used this month; when the monthly minutes run out, the mic button simply hides and text chat continues as normal.
What your visitors experience
- The first tap on the mic asks for microphone permission — if they decline, the widget says so politely and text chat keeps working.
- They can interrupt the assistant mid-sentence, like a natural conversation.
- Answers come from the same brain as your text chat — the same knowledge, teachings and honesty rules.
Booking by voice — the read-back confirmation
Before any voice booking is submitted, the assistant reads the phone number back digit by digit and repeats the name, and the captured details also appear on screen as small chips the visitor can tap to correct by typing. Only after an explicit "yes" is the request sent — and it still lands in your normal approval queue, so nothing is ever confirmed without you.
