Suggested teachings

When your bot successfully resolves real customer conversations on your website, IaHaI looks for answers that clearly worked — questions where the customer got what they needed — and proposes them as new teachings.

Where they appear

In the Bot Teachings tab, under "Suggested from real conversations". Each suggestion shows the customer's question and the answer that worked.

What to do with them

• Approve — the suggestion becomes a real teaching, exactly like one you wrote yourself.
• Dismiss — it disappears and won't be suggested again.

Nothing is ever taught automatically — every suggestion waits for your approval. If the section says "No suggestions yet", that's normal for new bots: suggestions appear after your bot has handled real conversations on your site.
